Covid-19, an Update
Dear Guests, Friends & Supports of Gateway,
In response to the current Covid-19 situation, we would like to inform all our loyal customers that we are taking every precaution based on the Guidance of HM Government and Public Health England. We have made several changes in preparation for the days and weeks ahead and will continue to update you as we know more.
All our staff are briefed on Safe Hygiene Practices and we are taking every action to reduce the risk of the Virus within our establishment.
We are going to remove some tables and chairs from our cafes and restaurants in the coming days to allow customers to adhere to the advised social distancing.
We have been and will continue to regularly sanitise all touchpoints such as doors handles and tables. All our staff have been fully briefed to ensure they thoroughly wash their hands and sanitise. We will still endeavour to give you the warmest of welcomes, but sadly no hugs or high fives!
Whilst we are continuing to accept cash, we strongly advise customers to pay by card – we have contactless which would be the best way to pay.
As always we are offering our full menu to take away on a collection basis.
We are exploring delivery options to get us through these tough times. More on this to follow.
We are taking each day as it comes and will continue to update you as we learn more and that you for all your support.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND FOLLOW ALL SAFE PRACTICES BY:
– Washing hands in the facilities provided
– Catching Coughs in tissues
– Maintaining Social Distancing
